As a Sales Associate at Keel Custom Homes, you will be the face of our company, working directly with prospective homeowners to guide them through the homebuilding process. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing contracts, ensuring clients are informed, confident, and satisfied throughout their homebuilding journey. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including design and project management, to deliver custom homes that exceed expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out and identify potential clients interested in building custom or semi-custom homes. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' needs, present Keel Custom Homes' offerings, and create tailored homebuilding proposals.
  • Educate clients about Keel Custom Homes' processes, timelines, and what to expect during the home-building journey.
  • Work closely with design and project teams to ensure seamless project transitions from contract to construction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at local events and community activities, ensuring all client interactions reflect Keel Custom Homes' core values.
  • Maintain contact with clients post-sale, ensuring continued satisfaction and generating referrals for future sales.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally in the homebuilding or real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work effectively with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Knowledge of homebuilding, real estate, or construction is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes, including CRM software and sales tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contracts, client information, and project specifics.

Compensation:

  • Full-Time position
  • Earn from $75,000 - $250,000 + OTE. 100% commission pay. 
  • Flexible schedule
  • Paid time off
